Clinics are for children (under the age of 18)
with congenital or acquired conditions of the
bones,
muscles, joints and
NOW Cleff Lip & Pallet
who deserve
the best possible medical attention available,
regardless of
race, color creed or financial ability.

Bith Certificate, Immunization Record, Divorce Decree, Adoption Papers
